Realizar las compras del Hotel, asegurándose que se cumplan con los procedimientos establecidos en cuanto a órdenes de compra, firmas, proveedores, cotizaciones, etc. Asegurándose de esta forma un uso eficaz y eficiente de los recursos del Hotel.
