Banquet Bartender

We are hiring Banquet Bartender(s)

As a Banquet Bartender you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during events, including receptions, meetings, trainings, and social gatherings. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and craft quality beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and Brand standards.

• Assist with event setup, bar execution, breakdown, and cleaning.

• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.

• Greet guests warmly and ensure all service needs are met throughout the event.

• Communicate effectively with guests and answer beverage-related questions.

• Take beverage orders and prepare cocktails accurately and efficiently.

• Understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all liquor, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverage inventory are accurately counted at the end of each event.

• Anticipate guest needs and monitor overall satisfaction with service.

Qualifications: Previous bartending or banquet service experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of common cocktails, beverage service standards, and responsible alcohol service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and be able to lift moderate weights as needed.

• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule, that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
