As Banquet Chef, you’ll oversee all banquet kitchen operations—ensuring every dish is expertly crafted, beautifully presented, and delivered with consistent quality. You’ll lead and develop the kitchen team to uphold high culinary and sanitation standards while driving efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and mentor banquet kitchen staff.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
Manage kitchen scheduling, payroll submissions, and inventory.
Control costs and ensure efficient use of labor and resources.
Maintain high sanitation and safety standards.
Collaborate with the Banquet, Executive Chef, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations.
Evaluate staff performance and foster professional growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Strong culinary, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
