Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic luxury background Banquet Manager to oversee the execution of all events and ensure the highest level of service delivery.

This role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, managing banquet operations efficiently, and maximizing revenue opportunities during events. The Banquet Manager will lead the team on the floor, ensuring every function is delivered smoothly and to the highest standard.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ experience in event management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
  • Previous banquet or events experience is required.

Core Responsibilities Managing Banquet Operations

  • Oversee the setup and execution of all events in line with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and guest requirements
  • Ensure function rooms are prepared and inspected prior to each event
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards across all banquet areas
  • Manage inventories, equipment, and supplies efficiently
  • Support scheduling to meet service standards while optimizing productivity.

Leading the Team

  • Lead, motivate, and develop an ambitious and service-driven team
  • Actively participate in operations and lead shifts during events
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to enhance team performance
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and other departments.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver a high-quality and memorable event experience
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Continuously look for ways to improve service and event delivery.

Performance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Monitor service performance and guest satisfaction scores
  • Support continuous improvement in banquet operations.
