Reporting into the F&B Manager, the Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing the bar team, and driving financial performance through effective inventory, cost, and revenue management. The role ensures compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and company standards while fostering a high-performing service culture focused on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

In a nutshell, the Bar Manager will be primarily responsible for the below:
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring full compliance with beverage policies, liquor licensing regulations, food safety standards, and company procedures.
Manage bar financial performance, including budgeting, inventory control, cost management, stock levels, beverage sales analysis, and achievement of revenue targets.
Lead, train, and develop the bar team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, clear communication of expectations, and adherence to liquor control procedures.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, resolving guest concerns, gathering feedback, and driving continuous service improvement.
Support people management activities, including onboarding, training, performance coaching, and implementation of corrective action plans when required.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an international luxury hotel environment
- Strong people leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
