A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
Supervise bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist the Head/Bar Manager in daily tasks
• Ensure that all food safety and health protocols are followed
• Manage bar openings and closings
• Train and supervise bar staff, based on the LQA & BSA standards
• Plan work schedules according to operational needs
• Ensure effective communication within the team
• Monitor and manage beverage and equipment inventory
• Conduct regular stock counts and place necessary orders
• Ensure beverages and supplies are properly stored
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle potential complaints or issues
• Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for guests
• Promote bar events and special offers
• Handle cash and financial transactions
• Participate in the creation and implementation of events and special offers
PROFILE
Excellent knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Mixology skills and knowledge of current beverage trends
Knowledge of Micros, EMC and Mirus software
Experience in supervision and team management
Ability to manage inventory and budgets
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints
Team spirit and leadership qualities
Significant experience as bartender, head bartender, or supervisor in a similar environment
Fluency in french and english languages
Starting in May 2026
