Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island is seeking a dedicated and service‑driven Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. This is an island‑based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a vibrant resort environment and is passionate about delivering authentic, elevated guest experiences.

 

As the Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our bar outlets, ensuring service excellence, team alignment, and consistent beverage quality. You will support the F&B leadership team by guiding associates, managing workflows, and upholding Sheraton brand standards in one of Fiji’s most beautiful island locations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

•Experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender, ideally in a resort or high‑volume hospitality environment.
•Strong beverage knowledge — cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations.
•An inspiring leader with excellent communication and a passion for team development.
•Comfortable living and working in a remote island resort environment.
