 As a seasonal part-time Bartender, you'll be the energy behind the bar — crafting great drinks, sparking great conversations, and delivering the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back to our rooftop bars and restaurants, one shift at a time.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
  • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
  • Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
