【Purpose of Role】
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and cocktails for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
1.Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensuring that the proper materials and supplies are on hand and ensuring that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
2.Maintain good relationship with the guests ensuring they are well entertained.
3.Set-up and breakdown the bar.
4.Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run food, and collect and dispose of garbage.
5.Have good knowledge of upselling, bar recipe, Inventory, receiving and stores.
6.Control guest checks, secure proper payment and act as the cashier.
7.Perform as per SOS.
8.Whatever/Whenever attitude to guest request.

6.俱備追加銷售的能力、熟悉酒譜、盤點以及接收庫存。
7.負責客人們的賬單，檢視正確的付款及結帳。
8.專業的服務流程。
