Overview

We are seeking a Bartender to provide high-quality beverages and refined service at BVLGARI Tokyo Ginza Bar.
Through the preparation and service of cocktails and various beverages, this position is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience worthy of the BVLGARI brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and other beverages
• Provide attentive guest service at the bar counter
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage bar inventory and support daily opening and closing duties
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards

  Contract employees may be promoted to permanent status after a minimum of 3 months

• Salary Range
  JPY 220,000 – 400,000 per month
  Permanent employees are eligible for a bonus equivalent to 4 months’ salary

Requirements

• Applicants must currently hold a valid visa permitting employment in Japan. 
  * Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Experience as a bartender or in food and beverage service
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or a premium bar/restaurant
• Knowledge of cocktails and mixology
• Basic English communication skills
