Summary: As a part-time Bartender, you'll be the energy behind the bar — crafting great drinks, sparking great conversations, and delivering the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back to our rooftop bars and restaurants, one shift at a time.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
  • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
  • Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • An outgoing, magnetic personality and a genuine talent for making guests feel welcome.

  • A sharp eye for detail — from a perfectly garnished cocktail to a guest who needs attention at the end of the bar.

    • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace throughout your shift.

    • Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we're open to training candidates with strong hospitality backgrounds and a passion for craft.

    • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts, when our bars are at their most vibrant and your skills shine brightest.

    • A collaborative mindset — you're as invested in your teammates' success as your own.

    • A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude during high-volume shifts.

    Compensation range between $35-$41 an hour after tips! Must have experience and able to work weekends.


    This role will be located at the Stella Van Buren Restaurant located inside of the The Westin Milwaukee Hotel!
