Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
-Create seasonal and signature cocktails that align with the restaurant’s upscale concept
-Provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant and bar guests
-Maintain full knowledge of wine lists, craft cocktails, premium spirits, and menu offerings
-Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
-Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
-Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
-Accurately process POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments
-Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments
-Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and premium spirits
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Hotel or resort experience is a plus
