[Job Description]

  • Work Location: Bulgari Il Cioccolato, Matsuya Ginza B1F, 3-6-1 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
  • Team: Matsuya Ginza Team
  • Position: Staff
  • Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day (+ 60-minute break)
  • Days Off: 8–10 days off per month, 115 days off per year
  • Store Holidays: Follows Matsuya Ginza’s holiday schedule (no fixed holidays)
  • Employment Type: Contract or Full-time Employee
    • Contract employees may be promoted to full-time after a minimum of 3 months
  • Contract Duration:
    • Contract: 1 year
    • Full-time: No fixed term
  • Probation Period: 3 months
  • Expected Salary: ¥220,000–¥320,000/month
    • Final amount determined based on experience and preferences
    • Full-time employees receive a bonus equivalent to 4 months’ salary annually
  • Benefits:

  • Native-level Japanese or equivalent proficiency
  • At least 1 year of sales experience

  • Ability to speak languages other than Japanese
