Department: Ginza Bar
Position: Server
Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours/day + 60-minute break
Days Off: 8–10 days/month, 115 days/year
Regular Holidays: None
Employment Type: Contract or Full-time
Contract employees may be promoted to full-time after a minimum of 3 months.
Contract Duration:

• Contract: 1 year
• Full-time: No fixed term
  Probation Period: 3 months
  Expected Salary: ¥220,000–¥350,000/month
  Full-time employees are eligible for 4 months’ worth of annual bonuses.

[Qualifications]

• Native-level Japanese or equivalent proficiency
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, etc.)

• Proficiency in languages other than Japanese, especially English
