Working as the Catering & Events Sales Manager, this position is responsible for:
- Inspiring and guiding a team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments
- Contracting and closing local catering and social business
- Leading the planning and execution of high-profile events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations
- Collaborating with clients to design personalized menus and event concepts that embody the St. Regis hallmark of excellence
- Managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery
The talent we are looking for is:
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Experienced in catering and event management within the luxury market
- Passionate about service
- Equipped with impeccable interpersonal and relationship skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Catering & Events Sales Manager.
