Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to lead our catering sales efforts. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategic business relationships, drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales initiatives, and deliver outstanding service to our clients. This position plays a key role in achieving sales objectives while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality excellence.

Essential Job Functions

  • Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and B2B sales strategies to expand the catering client base.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales initiatives to promote catering services.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client communications, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with culinary and event planning teams to customize menus and event details that meet client needs.
  • Conduct sales presentations and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required, preferably in hospitality, catering, hotel, or B2B sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to close sales opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and site visits as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $55,058–$61,173. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, internal equity, and business needs.

This position is also eligible to participate in White Lodging's incentive compensation program. Bonus eligibility, performance metrics, and payout opportunities will be discussed during the interview process and upon hire.
