About the Role

As a Chef de Partie (Pizza Chef), you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to brand and venue standards
  • Managing dough preparation, toppings, cooking, and presentation
  • Maintaining consistency and quality across all pizza offerings
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are adhered to at all times
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen team members
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, dough making, and wood-fired or stone oven cooking
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and strong team-focused mindset
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
