Who are we looking for?We are seeking a visionary and inspiring Chef with a passion for fine dining and proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality environments.
As Chef, you will oversee the overall culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality, operational efficiency, and the creation of memorable dining experiences aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Leading, mentoring, and developing the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and discipline.
- Designing, developing, and updating menus, including seasonal and innovative culinary concepts.
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all dishes.
- Overseeing kitchen operations to guarantee smooth and efficient service.
- Managing food costs, budgeting, and inventory control while maintaining premium quality.
- Supervising purchasing processes and supplier relationships.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Collaborating closely with the F&B leadership team to enhance the resort’s culinary positioning.
- Supporting brand visibility through special events, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Driving continuous improvement and culinary innovation.
- Proven experience as a Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants, Michelin-level establishments, or luxury 5-star hotels.
- Demonstrated leadership managing large, multicultural kitchen teams.
- Strong culinary creativity and refined gastronomic sensitivity.
- Advanced knowledge of cost control, menu engineering, and operational planning.
- High standards of professionalism and performance under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Passion for talent development and continuous learning.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid work permit for Spain.
