財務專員將協助財務主任處理 citizenM Taipei 飯店的會計與財務相關作業。本職位適合對會計工作有興趣、專注於內部財務報表，並具備問題解決能力，能主動優化現有流程的人才。

The Finance Officer will support the Finance Manager in handling accounting and financial operations for citizenM Taipei. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accounting, focuses on internal financial reporting, and is eager to improve existing processes through strong problem-solving skills.

• 操作飯店及相關會計系統，處理日常財務作業
  Deal with daily financial operations using hotel and accounting-related systems
• 審核、對帳並分析每日營收，編製相關財務與分析報表
  Audit, reconcile, and analyse daily revenue, and prepare relevant financial and analytical reports
• 編製並維護完整的資產負債表資料
  Prepare and maintain a comprehensive balance sheet dossier
• 擔任線上金流平台與現場信用卡機之主要聯繫窗口
  Act as the main point of contact for online payment platforms and on-site credit card machines
• 處理營業稅、各類所得稅等稅務申報作業
  Handle VAT, withholding tax, and other tax declarations for the property
• 協助會計師及稅務單位查帳，並提供所需文件
  Coordinate with external accountants and tax authorities, providing required documentation as needed
• 負責 GUI（政府統一發票）系統操作，並上傳資料至稅務機關
  Manage the GUI (Government Uniform Invoice) system and upload data to the taxation bureau
• 與營運部門密切合作，蒐集並確認財務相關數據
  Work closely with operational teams to collect and verify financial data
• 協助主管交辦之其他相關工作
  Support additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager

• 工作地點｜Location: citizenM Taipei
• 工作時間｜Working Hours:
  全職 09:00–18:00（含 1 小時休息）
  Full-time, 09:00–18:00 (including 1-hour break)
• 排班方式｜Schedule:
  需配合 週一至週日輪班，無日夜班輪替
  Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, no day/night shift rotation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
