Cluster Senior Sales Manager
Westin Austin DowntownDescription
Who We Are
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's most dynamic cities. We know that the hospitality business, like life, is about how you make people feel. That's where you come in. You'll help bring the virtue of hospitality to life while we create an environment that allows you to be your best self and grow.
This is a cluster sales role supporting four distinct and high-profile hotel properties in the heart of downtown Austin, Texas. Here's what you'll be selling:
The Westin Austin Downtown is a landmark full-service upscale hotel in the heart of the Austin hotel market — steps from the Austin Convention Center, Sixth Street, and the city's most vibrant entertainment and business corridors. With premium meeting space, a rooftop pool, and the Westin brand's globally recognized wellness positioning, this is one of downtown Austin's most sought-after properties for group, corporate, and transient business.
Aloft Austin Downtown and Element Austin Downtown are two distinct Marriott lifestyle brands sharing a dynamic dual-branded hotel presence in the heart of the city. Aloft delivers a bold, social, music-forward experience perfectly tuned to Austin's creative energy, while Element offers thoughtfully designed extended-stay accommodations for the modern long-term traveler. Together, they give you a compelling, versatile two-brand story to tell corporate account managers, travel managers, and extended-stay buyers.
Hotel Trinity, Autograph Collection is Austin's newest luxury boutique hotel — opening Fall 2026 at the corner of Trinity and Fifth Streets, steps from the historic 6th Street entertainment district. As the only Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in Austin's city center, Hotel Trinity is a 258-room private hideaway anchored by Yacht Club, a signature fine dining seafood restaurant, and positioned to become one of the most talked-about luxury hotel openings in Texas.
Together, these four Marriott hotels in downtown Austin represent one of the most exciting and diverse hotel cluster sales opportunities in the Texas market — spanning premium lifestyle, extended stay, upscale full-service, and luxury boutique segments. As the Cluster Senior Sales Manager, you'll carry a broad portfolio with deep Austin market reach, selling across Westin, Aloft, Element, and Autograph Collection brands for one of the country's most respected hotel management companies.
