Role summary

The Cluster Social Media Content Creator supports the digital presence and storytelling of two leading luxury hospitality brands, The Ritz-Carlton, Baku and JW Marriott Absheron Baku.
The role focuses on content creation, social media management, and digital campaign support, working closely with F&B, Spa, Events, and Operations teams to bring experiences to life across digital platforms.

This position operates within an international luxury hospitality environment and reports to the Cluster PR & Marketing Manager, with close coordination with the Cluster Director of Marketing.

Social media & content creation
    •    Manage day-to-day social media activity across relevant platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required)
    •    Create engaging visual and written content aligned with luxury brand standards
    •    Develop captions, stories, reels, short videos, and basic motion content
    •    Support content planning calendars for rooms, F&B, spa, events, and seasonal campaigns

Digital campaigns & promotions
    •    Support digital promotions for F&B outlets, spa experiences, events, and seasonal offers
    •    Assist with basic paid digital activities (Meta, search, display, OTA campaigns, etc.), under guidance
    •    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely launch and alignment of promotions

Content production & coordination
    •    Work with external photographers, videographers, and content vendors
    •    Coordinate content needs for campaigns and activations
    •    Ensure content reflects brand tone, visual identity, and guest experience standards

Performance & insights
    •    Monitor basic social media performance metrics
    •    Prepare simple reports and insights to support campaign optimization
    •    Track engagement trends and content performance

Collaboration
    •    Work closely with F&B, Spa, Events, and Operations teams to capture on-property moments
    •    Support Cluster PR & Marketing Manager in campaign execution
    •    Coordinate with Graphic & Content Production Executive on visuals and formats

 

Profile & requirements
    •    Experience in social media management and content creation (hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or luxury brands is a strong advantage)
    •    Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital trends
    •    Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms is a plus
    •    Comfortable working with video, images, and creative tools
    •    Interest in hospitality, guest experience, and luxury brands
    •    Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    •    Openness to learning and developing within an international corporate culture
