Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Demi Chef with a passion for gastronomy, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow professionally within an international environment of culinary excellence.

As a Demi Chef, you will support the Chef de Partie and the kitchen team in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring that every service meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency expected from a luxury dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Supporting the Chef de Partie in organizing and executing service within your assigned section.
  • Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensuring proper mise en place before each service.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality, flavor, and presentation in every preparation.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in your work area.
  • Collaborating actively with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Assisting with the receiving, storage, and control of ingredients and products.
  • Contributing to maintaining order and organization in the kitchen.
  • Continuously learning and developing within the culinary team.

What we are looking for in you…

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in restaurants, 4★/5★ hotels, or demanding gastronomic environments.
  • Culinary or gastronomy training.
  • Passion for cooking and strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced service environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, discipline, and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a high-level culinary environment.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.
