Coord-Housekeeping
The Ritz-Carlton TokyoPOSITION SUMMARY
Responsibility
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of ‘Do Not Disturb' rooms.
- Ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time and assign rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
- 販売済み客室レポートを確認し、客室ステータスの確認、不一致客室の特定、清掃優先順位の判断、およびチェックアウト後の客室ステータス更新を行う
- ハウスキーピング管理業務の日常運営をサポートする
- ハウスキーピング、エンジニアリング、フロントオフィス、ランドリー各部署との連携役(リエゾン)として調整業務を行う
- 不一致客室に関する問題をフロントデスクと連携し、記録および解決を行う
- ハウスキーピングスタッフ向けの客室割り当て表を作成・配布する
- 「Do Not Disturb(お部屋への入室不可)」客室リストの記録、管理、および更新を行う
- 空室かつ未清掃の客室が指定時間までに清掃されるよう管理し、緊急清掃や「Do Not Disturb」解除後の客室の割り当てを行う
- 必要なハウスキーピング関連書類の作成および管理を行う
Requirement
- Professional Business level Japanese proficiency or Native level Japanese proficiency
- Experience in hotel industry is preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Commitment, punctuality, good communication skills
- Applicants residing overseas must already possess a valid work visa.
