Digital Marketing & Communication Manager
Santo Mauro a Luxury Collection Hotel MadridAdditional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, ACHM Spain Management, S.L.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Digital Marketing:
•Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
•Design and execute advanced digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising (paid media), email marketing, and automation.
The objective of the SEO Fundamentals program is to complement Marriott HQ's SEO strategy and attract high-volume, high-quality traffic to the website. This can be done in English or the local language to reach users with a higher probability of conversion.
•Content Management: hotel website updates (Hotel websites), special offers management (hotel websites), content updates on OTAs, merchandising (displays in the m.com digital ecosystem), discovery page content management (m.com), digital asset management, create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and hotel websites.
•Analyze metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance. Monthly strategic interactions and campaign planning.
•Oversee the budget allocated to digital advertising and optimize ROI.
•Coordinate with internal and external teams (sales, agencies) to ensure consistency in marketing actions. Supervise the relationship with digital service providers.
•Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and news. Identify new digital opportunities and trends to innovate marketing strategies.
•Paid Media Management: briefs for campaigns, campaign setup, PLUS Management (Demand Generation)*: budget definition, supervise advertising spend, campaign optimization, paid search campaigns…
•Digital audit (m.com website and other channels).
•Manage and optimize the brand's digital presence across multiple channels.
•Prepare detailed reports for senior management and present results and recommendations. Monthly reports including market analysis. Review of the business plan.

Communication:
•Supervising and content management on external channels (Social Networks) and internal channels: coordination of communication content and paid media campaigns with ACHM Hotels by Marriott and specialized agencies, ensuring consistency with the brands' strategy and objectives.
•B2B activations and campaigns: support in the planning, coordination, and execution of activations aimed at corporate clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
•Partnerships and institutional relations: coordination of communication with associations to which the hotels are members, ensuring brand visibility and participation in joint initiatives.
•Events and collaborations: support in the communication and coordination of special events, brand collaborations, and activities with relevant stakeholders.
•PR and corporate communication support: specific coordination with the ACHM Hotels by Marriott communication and PR team to align messages and leverage media visibility opportunities.
•Reputation management and brand consistency: supervision of the tone, messages, and communication materials across all channels, guaranteeing consistency with Marriott standards and the brand identity of each hotel.
•Reporting and analysis
Requirements:
•Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO.
•Proved experience in campaign management and handling large budgets.
•Experience in creating and editing audiovisual content.
•Written and oral communication skills.
•Data-driven analytical skills.
•Creativity, flexibility, and proactivity.
•Fluent in Spanish and English
