Description

The Luce Hotel is seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Services. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, training, budgets, and service standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient departmental performance.

Qualified candidates should have 5–10 years of hotel operations experience, including management, with strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills. Experience with hotel Property Management Systems is required; a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
