The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong are currently hiring a Director of Beverage.
Job Summary
- Manages all beverage operations and staff on a daily basis
- Areas of responsibility include beverage service in the Restaurants/Bars and Room Service
- Directs and works with the food and beverage/culinary management team and employees to successfully execute all beverage operations
- Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related disciplines
- 5-8 years of relevant experience preferably in luxury hotels
- WSET Level 3 Award in Wines or above is highly preferred
- Solid knowledge in beverage trends and market dynamics
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
