Join the Pre-Opening Team at Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort – Director of Finance

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Finance to lead the financial operations of the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort, a stunning new property set to open in 2026 in the heart of Morocco’s picturesque coastline.

As a key member of the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s financial strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to influence the success of a pre-opening hotel by implementing robust financial systems, driving profitability, and aligning financial goals with Marriott’s brand standards and owner priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic financial planning and budgeting for the property
  • Develop and execute business plans that drive financial performance
  • Establish strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide analytical support to operational departments and ownership
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting within hospitality or a related industry
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in pre-opening or new hotel launches is a plus
  • English required and French desired.
