Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Cube Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly motivated Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for our hotel. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize revenue, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the overall market position of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market-share goals.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, and local organizations.
- Conduct regular sales calls, outside sales efforts, site tours, and presentations to generate new business.
- Oversee group and corporate negotiated accounts, ensuring effective rate management and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Revenue Management, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of hotel initiatives.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Represent the hotel at community and industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior sales role.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional market segments.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in sales systems (CI/TY, Delphi, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Competitive salary to include bonus potential. $55,000-$60,000
