EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred, or relevant college degree plus related experience; valid driver’s license required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment, supported by strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently, and skilled in presentations.
Expertise in managing diverse teams, solving complex problems, handling high-pressure situations, and working with financial data and basic arithmetic.
