POSITION SUMMARY

DISHWASHER

Dishwashers are responsible for washing kitchen pots, kitchen equipment, china, and for all final cleaning that must be carried out at the end of service, based on the shifts assigned to them.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant is preferred

  • Availability to work split shifts
