En tant que Group Reservations Manager, vous êtes responsable de la gestion et du développement des opportunités liées aux réservations de groupes et aux événements. Véritable ambassadeur(rice) de nos établissements, vous accompagnez vos clients tout au long de leur projet afin de garantir leur satisfaction tout en contribuant à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.

Vos missions
  • Gérer les demandes de groupes et d'événements, de la prise de contact à la confirmation.
  • Développer les opportunités commerciales et maximiser les revenus de l'établissement.
  • Élaborer et négocier les propositions et contrats en fonction des besoins des clients.
  • Conseiller les clients et construire une relation de confiance durable.
  • Coordonner efficacement le transfert des dossiers aux équipes opérationnelles afin d'assurer le succès de chaque événement.
  • Collaborer avec les différents services pour offrir une expérience client d'excellence.
Votre profil
  • Formation en hôtellerie, tourisme, commerce ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience en ventes, réservations groupes ou événementiel.
  • Excellent sens du service client et bonnes capacités de négociation.
  • Organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Français et anglais courants.
