We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Event Operations Supervisor to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.

As an Event Operations Supervisor you will:

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings
  • Work between our Room Service and Event operations department, 
  • Anticipate our guest's needs and providing exceptional service to enhance their stay
