POSITION SUMMARY

The Event Planning Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, and special functions at The St. Regis Amman. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients after business has been secured, this role ensures all event requirements are accurately communicated and flawlessly executed through close collaboration with hotel departments. The position focuses on delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences, maintaining strong client relationships, maximizing event revenue opportunities, and upholding St. Regis and Marriott International service standards. Additionally, the Event Planning Executive provides day to day guidance and support to team members while assisting leadership in achieving departmental goals and ensuring overall event success. 

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. 

License or Certification: None
