Objective:
 
To ensure that all food service operations and management activities at the Hotel meet standards and guidelines, achieving the highest quality in food preparation and guest service. Meeting guest expectations by adhering to all Marriott standards.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Quality control of food and beverages
 
Budget management and control
 
Supervision of kitchen and service staff
 
Ongoing feedback and training for the team
 
Menu suggestions for events
 
Compliance with brand standards
 
Submitting requisitions and conducting inventories
 
Control of expenses and waste.
 
 
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position.
 
Verifiable experience in the hospitality industry.
