Pay Range: $54,235.30 to $67,794.13

What You'll Do:
Lead & Inspire:
Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, while stepping in as second-in-command and leading the team with confidence and clarity.
Train & Develop:
Coach kitchen associates at all levels—from new hires to seasoned line cooks—in techniques, presentation, and kitchen best practices. Help build a pipeline of future culinary leaders.
Drive Culinary Excellence:
Ensure every dish is crafted with precision and care, following recipes and maintaining the highest quality standards in both preparation and presentation.
Operational Mastery:
Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships. Keep accurate kitchen records and assist with food cost control, portioning, and menu planning.
Uphold Standards:
Champion food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout all kitchen areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Problem Solve & Innovate:
Be a go-to leader who anticipates and resolves kitchen issues efficiently. Bring creative ideas to elevate guest experiences and improve kitchen workflow.
