As an Executive Steward, you’ll lead and motivate the stewarding/dishwashing team, ensuring that essential back-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently while supporting overall guest satisfaction.

| Responsibilities |

What You’ll Do - Lead a team of dishwashers by understanding business needs and planning weekly tasks.
- Determine and schedule associates to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Ensure supplies of china, glassware, and silverware are transported daily to key operational areas based on business needs.
- Assist with inventory and maintain proper inventory levels, working with Food and Beverage leaders to order additional inventory as needed.
- Promote teamwork within the department and encourage collaboration with other operational departments.
What You’ll Bring - A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required; experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and be on call for issues as they arise.
