POSITION SUMMARY – 2026 F&B Internship 

Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations beyond simply serving guests or assisting at events. As an F&B Service Intern, you will learn how to create memorable and unique guest experiences, with food and beverage as an important part of that journey.

Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will be exposed to various event functions and will support the team in delivering high-quality service. This includes assisting with event setup, coordinating with the kitchen team, engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas. Through this internship, you will develop practical hospitality skills and gain a well-rounded understanding of service operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event setup, including arranging tables and materials
  • Assist in communication between service and kitchen teams
  • Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Help serve food and beverages during events
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and supplies
  • Observe and learn service standards to enhance guest experience
  • Assist in post-event cleanup and organization
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisors to support operations

Learning & Development Focus:

  • Gain hands-on experience in hospitality and event service
  • Develop communication and teamwork skills
  • Learn company service standards and guest engagement techniques
  • Understand end-to-end event operations

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related program 
  • Strong willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and professionalism
  • Good communication skills

Additional Information:

  • No prior work experience required
  • Training will be provided
  • Interns are expected to follow all company policies, including safety and professional conduct standards
