About the Role

The Westin Warsaw is looking for an experienced, commercially minded, and passionate F&B Manager to oversee our restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquet operations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational leadership with business acumen, understands current hospitality and gastronomy trends, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in driving F&B performance, developing our dining and event concepts, growing revenue, and leading high-performing teams in line with Marriott International standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and banquet services.
  • Drive service excellence and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction across all F&B operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and F&B teams, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and grow the hotel's banquet and catering business, ensuring the successful delivery of conferences, events, and social functions.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic pricing, menu engineering, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and enhance restaurant, bar, and event concepts in response to market trends and guest expectations.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to deliver promotional campaigns, events, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, local regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Analyze business performance and implement action plans to achieve departmental and hotel objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage management within an upscale hotel environment.
  • Strong experience in restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving F&B revenues and commercial performance.
  • Experience developing or enhancing F&B concepts, promotions, or guest experiences.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, food & beverage trends, and guest experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
