Join our Ladies & Gentlemen - F&B Breakfast Attendant (Part-Time)

We are looking for F&B Breakfast Attendants who will help us not only meet but exceed our guests’ expectations and embody the legendary service that defines our leading luxury brand. F&B Breakfast Attendant Job Summary:

  • Support the Atria Breakfast team by delivering a warm and seamless morning guest experience.
  • Prepare high-quality barista beverages and maintain exceptional coffee presentation standards.
  • Create memorable moments through attentive, personalized service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast area throughout the shift.
  • Assist with food, beverage, and barista setup, replenishment, and opening tasks.
  • Ensure tables, service stations, and coffee equipment are kept spotless and guest-ready.
  • Build friendly, genuine connections with guests to enhance their stay.
  • Follow operational procedures and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service standards.
  • Support team-building and collaborative efforts by assisting fellow Ladies and Gentlemen.

About You: 

  • An up-to-date RSA 
  • Morning availability (5:30 am - 3 pm) 
  • Relevant experience for the applied role
  • Working rights in Australia 
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career 
  • Story-telling abilities 
  • Self-motivated, driven and energised in a fast-paced environment 
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
