AC Hotel Gold Coast is seeking Food & Beverage Experts who bring warmth, confidence and genuine curiosity to every guest interaction. 

As an Food & Beverage Expert at AC Hotel Gold Coast you will be doing more than simply serving food and beverages. Our Food & Beverage Experts will be creating effortless experiences – thoughtful recommendations, genuine connections and memorable moments that bring people together. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, building genuine connections, and bringing the Food & Beverage experience to life.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable experiences for every guest. 
  • Build genuine guest connections through warm, engaging, and personalised service. 
  • Share menu knowledge and recommendations with confidence and enthusiasm. 
  • Support restaurant, bar, poolside, event, and in-room dining operations. 
  • Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety, and Marriott brand standards. 
  • Assist with guest enquiries and service recovery in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Accurately process orders and payments while contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Contribute positively to a high-performing team culture.

  • Adaptable and composed – you thrive in a vibrant environment while maintaining calm, considered service. 
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passionate about creating connections – whether it is aperitivo by the river, poolside dining or a special celebration, you understand how to make the moment feel personal. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous Food & Beverage or customer service experience required
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Marriott experience is advantageous but not essential.
