JOB DESCRIPTION

During the 6‑month internship, the candidate will be part of the Administration & Finance Department and will support the Accounting team by working alongside them in their daily activities. The internship offers hands-on exposure to core administrative and financial processes within a structured, international organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day accounting activities
  • Handle customer requests and correspondence
  • Check, issue, and send customer invoices
  • Reconcile credit card payments
  • Calculate and verify commissions payable to travel agencies
  • Send payment reminders according to the company’s three-step collection procedure, in line with U.S. company standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts
