What We Expect of You

• Demonstrated experience in hotel sales, events, or MICE with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets is advantageous.
• Proficiency with sales systems (CI/TY or similar) is a plus.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence.
• Keen to take on new challenges and grow within your career.
• A balance of professional polish with creative flair, staying true to W's playful, boundary-pushing brand.

A Glance at What You Will Do

• Creatively use negotiating and sales skills to close the best opportunities based on market conditions and hotel needs.
• Develop, grow, sustain and yield business across the segment to exceed budgeted revenues.
• Develop and foster strong working relationships with Marriott team networks and clients.
• Produce monthly Sales Reports, maintain clear files in CI/TY system and undertake additional duties that Hotel Management may assign.
• Analyze the activities of competitor hotels, including their customer base, with the aim of developing and securing new business and providing a market advantage.
