POSITION SUMMARY

The Identity and Access Manager – Flex Staff mDASH project will have overall accountability for leading and executing the access provisioning infrastructure for the in-scope business, including but not limited to the mDASH Project, data management, refresh, trouble shootings, data coding and report building, leveraging business intelligence solutions software.

 

This resource will assume an instrumental role in refining business Intelligence solutions and functionality to meet stakeholder needs in driving improved financial performance. This resource will collaborate with BI partners to build continent alignment and lead the execution of reporting and operations analysis of Business Intelligence platforms for the Franchising and MxM business within the U.S. & Canada. 

 

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTION 

 

Driving for Results 

  • Manage and maintain the provisioning infrastructure for the mDASH project.
  • Responsible to trouble shoot access issues to the mDASH tool for internal and external users.
  • Design, request modification and enable enhancements for Identity Shoppe forms related to business intelligence tools and resources
  • Execution of business intelligence reporting processes i.e., monthly refresh and validation.
  • Perform testing of BI platform and integrated systems for sustainability and enhancements.
  • Execute routine system maintenance standards to ensure business continuity in reporting and analytics
  • Serve as steward of BI request forms and validate access in the BI Platform ensuring role level security structure is in place. 
  • Support other system updates or maintenance as required by business. 
  • Research Saviynt issues and work with IT partners for resolutions
  • Perform other duties, as needed. 

 

POSITION SUMMARY

 

  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions
  • Proficient in Saviynt architecture, Active Directory, Oasis and Microsoft Tools
  • Working knowledge of Marriott IT systems is required
  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience.  
  • Strong communications (verbal and written), organization and presentation skills. 
  • Knowledge of operating procedures, controls and governances.
  • Ability to leverage resources in the accomplishment of objectives 
  • Exceptional organizational skills.  Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments. Project management skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of management. 
  • Effective decision-making skills; can choose a prompt course of action amongst options involving uncertainty or risk.
