This is a temporary position. 

 

We are seeking a hospitality leader with hotel systems and operation experience, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team are essential. Preferred qualifications include strong presentation skills and attention to detail. Core responsibilities include developing and refining acceptance requirements, creating test scenarios, conducting system user acceptance testing, managing and maintaining defects in Jira, and reporting out on progress. This involves working with our technology partners and analyzing and documenting business processes, supporting change management materials, and partnering with IT to manage business requests. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience Required 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related major plus 3+ years of hotel systems experience or other relevant experiences. Strong oral and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team Preferred Experience working with global technology teams and supporting global systems and operational processes Equipped with strong presentation, verbal and written skills, attention to detail Comfortable in a deadline driven environment often with changing business priorities 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

 Brainstorm Future Enhancements for the product & user experience. Develop and execute test scripts aligned with defined scenarios and acceptance criteria Complete testing based on scenarios and test scripts Use JIRA and Confluence to maximize tracking and report outs Analyze and document current and future state business processes Identify operational needs and enhancements Provide Operational Input into the support process
