flex Manager, Enterprise Partnerships

The FLEX Manager, Enterprise Partnerships supports the development, activation, and management of enterprise partnerships for Marriott Bonvoy across the Travel and Ecosystem partnership verticals, and potential future verticals. This position will manage initiatives with partners and internal teams that drive awareness for Marriott Bonvoy, engagement with Marriott Bonvoy members, and revenue generation for the loyalty program, hotels, and Marriott International (MI).
This role will be responsible for managing the Enterprise partnerships roadmap, providing quarterly competitive landscape updates across verticals of partner programs, supporting day-to-day partner relationships, and managing the implementation process for new initiatives on specific partnerships.
This position requires strong relationship management, communication, and project management skills. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized, and has previous experience with development and design of compelling PowerPoint presentations. Success is predicated on the ability to work with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders across the Continents, Marketing, Finance, Digital, IT, Legal, Analytics, Loyalty, and other business units.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
· 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major
· Four or more years of relevant professional experience in marketing, partnerships or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Preferred
· Demonstrated understanding of MI Loyalty program and partnerships
· Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to drive initiatives to execution
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Enterprise Partner Management
· Provides support for the account management of Enterprise partnerships with a focus on travel, lifestyle, and ecosystem verticals.
· Maintains enterprise partnerships roadmap and global prioritization lists for Digital and IT projects across enterprise partner programs.
· Updates competitive landscape overviews across enterprise partnerships verticals quarterly.
· Provides program management for the Enterprise Partnerships Center of Excellence, including development and governance of playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), training schedules, and a global contact directory. ”Works closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, Digital, Loyalty and Continent Partnerships to ensure successful partnership activation and platform management.
