FLEX Manager, Global Food & Beverage Programs

This is a temporary role. 

The Manager, Food & Beverage Programs, Global Operations is passionate about food & beverage and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Working closely with Food & Beverage (F&B) leadership, they play a key role in supporting the strategy of Marriott’s global F&B platform, especially related to the development of Marriott’s global food & beverage social media and marketing strategy. This role uses data and trend insight to craft innovative campaigns that drive engagement and brand excitement. They collaborate with diverse teams to amplify unique F&B initiatives and ensure our messaging is fresh, authentic, and consistent. This role also contributes to the development of digital learning programs and helps build strategic partnerships with top vendors and brands, keeping our global F&B vision moving forward. They are also responsible for helping the team manage projects, timelines, and workflows.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience 

Required

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, culinary arts, or related field or an equivalent combination of education 
  • 2+ years of Beverage Operations Experience and/or

2+ years of experience in social marketing for F&B

 

Preferred

  • Passion for food and beverage culture, hospitality and guest experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work across continents, brands and disciplines.
  • An interest in social media and digital marketing and the ability to offer a unique perspective on leveraging these channels to promote F&B
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

 

  • Supports Global F&B Social Media and Marketing Strategy
    • Ensure close partnership between Global Operations and Global Marketing, PR and Brand teams to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns that elevate Marriott’s F&B reputation.
    • Curates and creates engaging content for social platforms, highlighting food and beverage accolades, unique events and proof stories.
    • Monitors social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive guest engagement.
    • Collaborate with continental teams to amplify local F&B initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
    • Supports the development of marketing toolkits and guidelines for F&B promotions, partnerships, and activations.
    • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and ROI for F&B marketing initiatives.
  • Supports Global Food & Beverage Education Initiatives
    • Assists in the development and organization of F&B training on the Digital Learning Zone (DLZ).
    • Coordinates content needs and timelines with Global and Continent stakeholders.
  • Supports Global F&B Partnerships
    • Assists in developing a global partnership platform that strengthens strategic relationships with key F&B vendors and partners.
    • Coordinates partner timelines, communication flows, activation frameworks and enterprise alignment.
    • Supports partnership storytelling and integration within brand content, Marriott Bonvoy Moments and global programming.
  • Provides Global Project Management & Organizational Support
    • Supports cross-functional alignment by coordinating workflows across Global Operations, Brand Teams, Continent F&B teams, and strategic partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (as needed).
