Role Summary

Join the Enterprise Quality Engineering organization as a Flex Quality Engineer supporting the Test Environment Management team. This role ensures test environments are stable, compliant, and ready for enterprise-scale testing initiatives.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Environment Stability: Validate environment integrity and proactively troubleshoot issues that impact test execution.

·       Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve environment-related defects.

·       Oversee Deployment Governance: Manage the approval process for application deployments, ensuring transparency and minimizing risks to test execution.

·       Enable Testing Efficiency: Work closely with testing teams to provide timely access to required applications and resources.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in Testing & Environment Management: Strong understanding of software testing principles and best practices for managing complex environments.

·       Cloud & Virtualization Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with virtualization technologies.

·       Automation Tool Familiarity: Working knowledge of Neoload and TOSCA automation frameworks to support performance and functional testing.

·       Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with clear, effective communication across teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise-scale test environment management.
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
