FLEX Quality Engineer

Role Summary

Join the Enterprise Quality Engineering organization as a FLEX Quality Engineer within the Test Data Management Tower. This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing squad-level test data management, ensuring the availability, integrity, and compliance of test datasets across all test phases. You will collaborate with other squad leaders and the Senior Team Leadership to align priorities and best practices and maintain robust test data environments that support high-quality enterprise application delivery.

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee squad-level test data management activities.
  • Manage and maintain test data environments to support testing needs.
  • Ensure availability, integrity, and compliance of test datasets across all test phases.
  • Accurately document and report test activities and results.
  • Collaborate with other squad leaders and the Senior Team Leader to align on priorities and best practices.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

·       Proven experience in Test Data Management—creating synthetic test data, masking or sanitizing production data.

·       Experience in maintaining reusable test assets and integrating Tosca with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.

·       Must have experience in automation tools—TOSCA or Selenium and API Testing.

·       Must have experience in Jira, Confluence.

·       Experience in TDM tools is an added advantage.

·       Experience in scripting languages—Python, Groovy scripts is an added advantage.

·       Experience in CI/CD tools—Jenkins is an added advantage.

·       Knowledge of Copilot or Writer or any AI tool is an added advantage.

·       Familiarity with hospitality industry systems preferred.

·       Self-driven, curious, and a fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

·       Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.

·       Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to both Product Owners in a business-friendly manner and to Enterprise Architects in technical detail.

·       Influencing technology strategy by providing strategic advice and being a trusted advisor to discipline partners.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Demonstrated success leading medium- to large-scale test data management initiatives or transformations.

·       Proven knowledge of Agile methodology (preferably SAFe Agile).

·       Experience with mixed and offshore delivery models.

·       Strong process management, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.

·       Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.

·       Understanding of business environment, service requirements, and hospitality culture.

·       Ability to assess client needs, creatively approach solutions, and influence appropriate courses of action.

·       Ability to communicate technology lifecycles and strategies.
