flex Senior Manager, EMPOWER Readiness + Support

The FLEX Senior Manager, Future Property Management Systems (PMS) will provide operational input and PMS subject matter expertise to support business requirement testing and refinement for future systems, including but not limited to Single Pane of Glass (SPOG), Stay PMS, Auto Room Assignment (ARA), Guest Experience Platform (GXP), and Opera Cloud (OCPMS). This position also plays an active role in supporting defect management and the future PMS strategy including providing input into design, testing, training, deployment, and support.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

 Example: Required

·       4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related major

·     3 years of hotel systems experience or other relevant experiences using OPERA, Lightspeed, FSPMS and/or FOSSE

  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills by collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams and creating clear, engaging presentations on business initiatives and team deliverables.

 Preferred

  • 5 years hospitality leadership experience 

         

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

·       Analyze and document current and future-state business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and operational workflows.

·       Validate training content and business processes from an end-user perspective to guarantee usability, accuracy, and consistency with established operational standards.

·        Facilitate and lead stakeholder sessions to gather input, confirm requirements, and drive adoption of proposed solutions.

·       Collaborate with support teams to educate users, plan for future needs, and ensure smooth implementation of enhancements.

·       Ideate and define future-state functionality and initiatives, transforming concepts into actionable solutions that deliver measurable value.
