Job Summary 

The Senior Program Specialist, Deployment supports the Business Transformation Office (BTO) by providing ongoing administrative, coordination, and operational support across the Deployment leadership team. This role focuses on enabling effective day to day operations through calendar and appointment management, team meeting coordination, and general utility support, while also contributing to deployment readiness and execution activities across enterprise transformation initiatives. The role partners closely with Deployment leadership, change and communications leads, continent and discipline stakeholders, and external partners to support planning, coordination, and execution of deployment strategies across BTO initiatives.

The role contributes to ensuring the organization, continents, and properties are prepared for successful adoption and sustainment of transformational change. Additionally, the Senior Program Specialist serves as the task management software (Land IT) administrator and subject matter expert (SME). This role is responsible for the day to day administration, coordination, and support of Land IT activities, including ticket management, task tracking, and user support. Acting as a key point of contact between Deployment, IT, and business stakeholders, the role ensures Land IT processes, requests, and tooling are managed efficiently to support successful execution of enterprise transformation initiatives. 

 

Responsibilities Responsibilities will include: 

Providing coordinated administrative and operational support to Business Transformation Office (BTO) leadership across Deployment Readiness activities. 

Supporting deployment related workshops, working sessions, and readiness activities. 

Serving as the administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for centrally managed task management software tools, such as Land IT and others, as required. 

Supporting the intake, coordination, and execution of Land IT–related requests, issues, and enhancements. 

Enabling effective deployment of readiness and execution through disciplined tracking, coordination, and support of deployment readiness activities. 

Expected Contributions Supporting the Deployment leaders in the Business Transformation Office through ongoing administrative, coordination, and general utility support, enabling efficient operations and effective execution of Deployment activities. 

 

Work includes: 

Administrative and Operational Support Provide calendar, appointment, and meeting coordination support for Deployment leadership, including scheduling, materials distribution, and action tracking. 

Manage logistics for leadership meetings, team forums, workshops, and large group sessions to ensure smooth execution and follow through.

Support preparation of agendas, materials, and documentation to enable productive leadership engagement and decision making. 

Land IT Administration and SME Support Act as the primary administrator and SME for Land IT, supporting its effective use across deployment initiatives. 

Monitor, triage, and route Land IT ServiceNow tickets to appropriate resolution partners, ensuring visibility and timely follow up. 

Maintain and update Land IT task lists, trackers, and backlogs to support prioritization, progress tracking, and dependency management. 

Respond to Land IT user inquiries, providing guidance on tool usage, processes, and issue resolution. 

Identify recurring issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement and support escalation or refinement efforts as appropriate. 

Stakeholder Coordination and Governance Coordinate with IT partners, deployment leads, and cross functional stakeholders to support Land IT issue resolution, enhancements, and ongoing operations. 

Support governance and cadence activities related to Land IT administration, including documentation, status reporting, and adherence to defined processes. 

Maintain effective communication loops with stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuity. 

Deployment Readiness and Workshop Support Support planning and execution of deployment readiness workshops, working sessions, and forums. 

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, materials, and follow up actions to ensure sessions are executed effectively. 

Assist with preparation of presentations, summaries, and analyses related to deployment readiness and Land IT activities for leadership review. 

Prepare supporting materials in PowerPoint, Mural, Smartsheet, or similar tools as directed. 

 

Candidate Profile Education and Experience Required:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Technology, or a related field 

Experience in hospitality, consulting, business analytics, transformation, or related fields, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of strong performance. 

Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and associated change efforts. 

Lodging or hospitality industry experience across multiple brands or disciplines preferred. 

 

Skills and Capabilities:

Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously. 

Ability to support complex planning efforts by synthesizing inputs and producing clear, high-quality materials. 

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. 

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment. 

Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships and influence without authority.

Proactively identifies readiness gaps, risks, or coordination challenges and supports resolution efforts.
